Our therapists offer the option of telemedicine services, allowing clients to be treated from their homes or other private and secure locations.
Online video counseling is a suitable alternative for those uncomfortable coming to an office for an initial session, for those who have difficulty physically transporting themselves to sessions — or for those wanting to safeguard themselves from the current coronavirus.

Therapists offer telemedicine services via an easy-to-use online platform. This therapy service is available for both current and new clients.
You can see, hear and interact with your therapist in real time, using your own PC or Mac.
Clients see their mental health professional via the third-party web site Doxy.me. Audio and video are encrypted for privacy and security. (Doxy.me is a Hippa-compliant service.) Please note that Skype and Facetime are not Hipaa compliant, so therapists are not able to utilize these platforms,
You and your therapist agree on an appointment time, as with any other therapy session. To begin the telemedicine session, the client simply goes to a private page (URL) on the Doxy.me site; there is nothing to download and no Doxy.me site registration is required.
The Wilshire/Valley administrative team will email you forms to complete prior to your first session. They can be returned via email or to our confidential fax number.
Mental health providers offer online sessions of 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes.

All insurances currently accepting telemedicine therapy. Your copay also may be waived at this time. Check with our team for updates regarding your insurance carrrier.
Clients also may make direct payments for these online services via cash, check or credit card.
