Please note:
Clinicians accept most PPO plans. It is your responsibility to ensure we are in-network with your plan. Many clinicians are in-network providers for most insurance companies. If not, we can work with your out-of-network benefits and provide a superbill.
If mental health is not covered by your health-care plan, or, if you do not wish to utilize your benefits, mental heath affiliates may often accept out-of-pocket payments on a sliding scale. If you are uninsured or are insured but without mental heath coverage, payments may be arranged on a sliding-scale basis. Please contact us for details.
