Katrina Wood, Ph.D, CEO and founder
Dr. Wood is an author, lecturer and blogger focusing on psychotherapy, emotional healing, communications, relationships and work-life balance. Her latest book is titled, “That’s Not What I Said.” She writes the psychotherapy blog Healing Psych.
Dr. Wood forged a passion for understanding and treating complex trauma states within individuals and within family systems.

Art Wood, CFO, Wilshire/Valley Therapy Center. With a background in entertainment and production, Art Wood serves as CFO for Wilshire/Valley Therapy Center and Administration Services, incorporating more than 25 years of management and business experience, as well as a keen interest in the field of psychology.
Rosie Clark, general manager. Originally from New Jersey, Rosie brings a wealth of experience to Wilshire/Valley, her career spanning 15 years in various management positions. Bilingual: Spanish.
Cinthia Lecaros Scarpati, BA psychology, administration management assistant. Working on master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. Joined Wilshire/Valley in August 2018. Bilingual: Spanish.
Robert Torres, credentialing and intake. Working on a master’s degree in clinical psychology at Antioch University with a specialization in LGBT-affirmative therapy.
Haley Weishaup, administrative assistant. Haley is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She also has a background in dance and plans to continue her education to go into the field of medicine.
Crystal Young, general assistant/virtual assistant. Supporting mental health professionals for more than 10 years. Works intake for verification of mental health benefits and provides follow-ups. Office support for Wilshire/Valley. Background in administration and business management.
